Part of my health journey has involved trying a host of different diets + food group eliminations to try and find patterns and links to symptoms. In addition to searching for migraine food triggers, I've addressed many GI problems including gastroparesis, SIBO, and IBS through dietary modifications. Though I still haven't landed on the perfect eating style for my body, I generally follow a paleo based diet because that is what feels best for now. With no gluten, dairy, soy, or refined sugar, people often respond with, "Omg how do you do that??". Well, this page is the answer!

I don't consider myself a recipe developer, but I am a recipe gatherer (and modifier). I'm always saving recipes I come across that are healthy, delicious and easy to make. I like to keep things simple and gravitate toward straightforward recipes with short ingredient lists. If it doesn't work out or taste pretty good on the first try, I generally don't give it a second swing because #aintnobodygottimeforthat
