2018 MM Holiday Gift Guide 🎁

It’s the most wonderful time of the yearrrr! As you might have gathered from my instagram, I’m an #extremeelf, and dive fully into the holiday spirit. I’m also proudly the #chiefelf in my family, and absolutely love coming up with perfect gifts for the people I love most. I always aim for thoughtful and practical items, so that the receiver can feel the love and intention that went into choosing their prezzie.

I keep a note on my simplenote app (same one I use for my migraine diary) year round where I keep track of my #giftepiphanies for my close friends and family. These ideas usually come at the most random times (like in the shower or as I’m drifting off to sleep), and if I didn’t write them down, I’d probably forget and risk losing my #chiefelf title! #brainfogproblems

First, I want to share my MM Amazon Gift Guide (find here). Since I execute my elf duties pretty much exclusively using online shopping, Amazon is an absolute lifesaver. Give this list a scroll through; it’s filled with home-run things I have gifted, and products I love and use daily myself.

In addition to the Amazon list, below are my top 10 (non-amazon) gift recommendations of 2018! Enjoy and happy gifting 🥰

  • Kept Going” Pin: I love this for a medicine kit, inside of purse or backpack. A reminder that you can handle whatever comes your way 💪

  • Pep Talk Postcards: giving to others makes you feel good and makes them feel good. These are such a thoughtful way to spread kindness.

  • Adulting Crystal: because adulting is hard, enough said.

  • Good At Naps Blanket: a perfect neutral that goes with anything and makes you feel like a #winner every night or nap.

  • “I Am” Affirmation Mug: I make myself a nightly hot drink and it’s usually in this mug, absolutely adore it.

  • NYE Bottums Up socks: because if you’re like me, this is as much partying as I plan on doing for NYE #grandmabedtime 👵🏻

I hope you guys enjoy perusing all of these great products. Giving presents can be such a fun and thoughtful way to show love, but it’s always important to remember that the most important gifts are those that aren’t bought. They are things like providing a listening ear, giving extra warm long hugs, or writing a card to tell someone how much they mean to you.

I love this holiday to do list by @xoenneagram, and thought it would be the perfect way to wrap up (hehe, get it?) this 2018 gift guide:

Give presence

Accept the present

Be warm, not just cozy

Look for the light in everyone

Sending light, love and so much good energy to each one of you this holiday season 💫
